Warranty Period: 6 Months from Installation Date
Thank you for choosing Miracle Epoxy. We are committed to providing durable, professional-grade epoxy flooring solutions. As part of that commitment, we offer a 6-month limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty only covers defects in workmanship and material performance under normal residential or light commercial use for a period of 6 months from the date of installation.
Covered items include:

Peeling, lifting, or delamination not caused by external damage or moisture

Surface failure directly resulting from improper installation

Unusual discoloration or fading under normal conditions
If a covered issue occurs, we will inspect the area and, if confirmed to fall within the warranty, make necessary repairs or touch-ups.
Exclusions – What’s Not Covered
To maintain transparency, please note that the following conditions are not covered under this warranty:

Moisture issues such as vapor transmission or water pressure from beneath the concrete

Chemical damage from substances like battery acid, brake fluid, or other corrosive materials

Physical damage from impacts, furniture movement, or misuse

Cracks, shifting, or movement in the concrete slab or structure beneath the epoxy

Improper care or maintenance
-
Any Modifications or repairs made by a third party
Customer Responsibility
We will provide care guidelines upon project completion. To maintain warranty coverage, we ask that you:

Follow recommended cleaning and care practices

Avoid dragging sharp or heavy objects across the surface

Notify us promptly of any concerns within the warranty period
Warranty Service
If you experience an issue that may fall under this warranty, please contact us in writing or by phone. We’ll schedule a site visit to assess the situation and determine next steps. If covered, service will be completed at no cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
This limited warranty applies only to the original customer at the installation address and is not transferable. Liability is limited to the original cost of materials and labor. Miracle Epoxy is not liable for any damages, defects, or failures resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, structural issues, or conditions beyond the contractor’s control after installation.
Acceptance: Warranty is automatically agreed upon and applied when quote has been accepted.
